New tenants include National Day Spa MassageLuXe and the local favorite Plate, a modern Italian restaurant; Bamboo Penny, a Thai restaurant and a rooftop lounge; Bae ice cream, a creative ice cream parlor; a whole new concept of cafe and bar on the theme of the island, Outta the blue; Moda domani, a supplier of bespoke men’s suits, clothing and accessories; and Moshiri jewelry, a tailor-made jewelry seller.
