A solid quartet to lead Raine & Horne Commercial on Central Coast
The leading commercial real estate group, Raine & Horne Commercial, has pulled off a major blow with four renowned real estate specialists agreeing to lead its brand firmly established on the central coast of New South Wales.
The local quartet of Geoff Tilden, Brad Rogers, Sue Tilden and Naomi Rogers will lead Raine & Horne Commercial operations on the Central Coast.
Mr. Tilden, who began his real estate career selling commercial and industrial property in Sydney in the 1980s, is a director of the successful Raine & Horne Gosford and Raine & Horne East Gosford companies.
He also manages a large portfolio of commercial properties. Mr. Tilden started his first residential office in Gosford with Sue Tilden in 1990.
Mr. Rogers started with Raine & Horne Commercial on the Central Coast in 2016 after having cut his teeth in the industry with Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith almost two decades ago.
In 2020, Mr. Rogers was one of Raine & Horne Commercial’s top sellers for the number of second-place sales transactions.
An experienced real estate manager, Ms. Rogers will be responsible for the property management services of the commercial real estate company.
Ms. Rogers’ experience spans eight years in residential real estate and 15 years in commercial real estate management.
This business experience includes seven years in New South Wales State Government departments such as the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation, the Hunter Central Coast Development Corporation and the Office of Strategic Lands.
Recognized as one of Australia’s leading property managers and administrators, Ms. Tilden will oversee the administrative operations of the company, and has over three decades of commercial real estate experience alongside Mr. Tilden.
Angus Raine, executive chairman of the Raine & Horne group, said the team represents a fantastic blow to the national commercial real estate brand.
“Central Coast investors and business owners are very familiar with Geoff, Brad, Naomi and Sue as well as a nationally recognized brand such as Raine & Horne Commercial,” said Mr. Raine.
“Geoff has worked in commercial real estate since the 1980s and has an extensive portfolio of commercial property management as well as an extensive network of developers on the Central Coast. Geoff is really well connected.
Mr Tilden also landed a number of major sales, including the sale of the former Bunnings site in West Gosford to the wealthy BRW Tony Denny for $ 12.5 million.
He works extensively with one of Australia’s leading private and diversified property development companies, the Stevens Group, based on the Central Coast.
“Brad is also a big name in Central Coast commercial real estate who is highly regarded for his professionalism and unwavering commitment to delivering the best results for his clients,” said Mr. Raine.
While the office will have fantastic visibility on The Entrance Rd in Erina, there are also plans to establish another office in Tuggerah. This office will cover the expanding industrial and warehousing markets in the north central coast region, according to Raine.
A PASSION FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Mr Tilden said he was excited about the prospect of adding Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast to his residential office collection.
“Running a commercial property office has always been something I wanted to do,” he said.
“However, the timing has never been right. We now believe the opportunity is there, and we are moving forward with Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast at 100 mph.”
Mr. Tilden said that the experience and knowledge backed by a national brand is the point of difference for Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast.
“Whether buying, selling or renting, our customers can rest assured that they will be dealing with the owners of the business rather than a seller,” he said.
“I have a huge database of contacts, and between Brad and me, I’m pretty confident we’ve covered the Central Coast.”
Mr. Tilden is also enthusiastic about partnering with Mr. Rogers because of the commercial agent’s reputation for business ethics.
“Working with Brad means that Raine & Horne Commercial will continue to be a leader in commercial real estate on the Central Coast,” he said.
NOTNATIONAL BRAND AWARENESS
The stronger and more familiar brand image associated with Raine & Horne Commercial is a significant point of difference for lessors and tenants of commercial properties on the Central Coast, according to Rogers.
“Business owners, investors and developers in the Central Coast or Sydney are more comfortable working with a nationally recognized and respected commercial real estate specialist such as Raine & Horne Commercial.” , did he declare.
“Our comments have always been that whether they are selling or renting, owners and investors wish to list their commercial property with a recognized brand with a national cup. “
A ROBUST INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE DEMAND ON THE CENTRAL CTE
Mr Rogers said stock is extremely limited in the industrial sale and rental markets as companies operating in this industry are performing well and need more space.
“These Central Coast businesses that don’t depend on overseas supply chains have rebounded very well and are manufacturing more locally than before the pandemic and now have more orders and need bigger spaces,” said Mr. Rogers.
“This demand means the industrial real estate market in this region is very liquid and homeowners are getting better selling prices than ever before, especially if the buyer is an owner-occupier.
“Therefore, if an owner is considering selling industrial property, the timing couldn’t be better, especially if you are working with the right agent such as Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast.
