13 Important Ways For Businesses To Support Nonprofits
Business leaders and their team members love to give back to their community, and nonprofits are an integral part of every community across the country. Whether it’s a school, hospital, charity, or other organization, every nonprofit plays an important role in supporting others.

1. DISCOVER THE KIND OF HELP THE OBNLS CAN REALLY USE.
Team up with the association to understand its real needs and wish to propel its organization. Find out what will have the most impact and co-create an agenda to support their vision and goals. 2. PROVIDE A POWER TAKEOFF SO EMPLOYEES CAN VOLUNTEER.
Provide paid time off for employees to volunteer with nonprofits and charities they care about. As part of our commitment to the 1% Pledge program, we give each employee one day per quarter to donate their time and skills to a non-profit organization. Collaborate with organizations that closely align with your company’s values ââand mission. Organize a hackathon. Combine your passion for rapid innovation with your desire to make an impact in the world by hosting a 24 hour cultural development exercise on teamwork, craftsmanship and creativity, all focused on problem solving for your local non-profit organization.
